We started off working together at another leading creative recruitment firm but both became disenchanted by the targets and bottom lines forced upon us. We decided that we wanted to work in a more personal manner and so, with a huge leap of faith and a large chunk of our own money, we launched our very own recruitment agency - Emma & Rachael & You in 2006.
Doing business has been our pleasure ever since. We pride ourselves on working in a confidential and extremely discreet manner.
Emma’s originally a soul girl from oop North (well, the Midlands). She first started out in Creative Recruitment in 1996 and has worked with all leading agencies on both freelance and permanent hirings, from Juniors to Creative Directors, across all media. She’s got 2 kids of her own, so she knows how to handle temperamental creatives.

Rachael’s a bit of a disco diva from darn Sarf. She has over 15 years experience working in Creative Services departments within various advertising agencies both above and below the line. She also spent over 10 years recruiting for the Creative Services area across all levels and media. She has 2 kids and is an expert at managing a hectic diary and keeping everyone happy.
